Directions to use:

To prepare the drink:
1 measuring spoon = 30g
Add 1 measure of 30g in 250ml of cold water, mix energetically and enjoy.

Training days: take 1 measurement of 30g one hour before training then 1 measurement of 30g just after training to provide the muscles with the necessary proteins for muscle development.

Rest days: take 1 measure of 30 g in snacks at 10:00 a.m or 4:00 p.m and in the evening before bedtime.
